We have very successfully employed family mediation to help couples (married or unmarried) who are going through separation or divorce. More often than not, it results in clients reaching mutually acceptable decisions regarding arrangements for children, and financial and property matters, without adding unnecessarily to the emotional burdens that often accompany such disputes.
