Sarah Cann – Property ManagerWith a total of some 19 years experience of working for various legal practices in Court Row Sarah has invaluable knowledge of the workings of the Guernsey legal system. Having spent the last 10 years specialising in conveyancing Sarah now manages our busy Property Department. Her experience spans the entire range of conveyancing procedures, from the resolution of minor boundary issues to the purchase and sale of some of the largest commercial and domestic properties on the island. Sarah is extremely well versed in all conveyancing procedures including divisions of property and estate schedules.
